Third-highest in Travis County?

The measured comparison does not support this claim for Lot 18. Its ground model peaks at 1,265 ft NAVD88. An 80 m regional USGS scan found three separate local high spots in the Shingle Hills area at about 1,420, 1,403 and 1,396 ft, all inside the county boundary. These belong to one broader hill complex; this is not a ranking of named or prominent mountains. Lot 18’s exact countywide peak rank remains undetermined.

March 2022 appraisal, page 23: aerial imagery showing wooded ravines and scattered trees. February 2022 boundary survey: no inventory inside Lot 18; a 30-inch oak is marked outside the lot as a reference. January 2022 email: tree topo requested; March correspondence still says build-site topo is needed.

The 2021 wildlife management plan describes ranch-wide vegetation, not geolocated trees for this lot. The 2025 appraisal describes sycamores at the creek crossing but supplies no tree coordinates.

Canopy imagery: Esri World Imagery / Vantor, Vivid Advanced. Source metadata at the lot center: February 26, 2025; 0.34 m source resolution; 8.47 m stated positional accuracy. Display export: 0.5 m pixels, UTM 14N. Crowns can be displaced from trunks and overlapping trees cannot all be counted. No inferred tree heights or tree shadows have been added.

The outline comes from Travis County GIS, parcel 0118960126, Lot 18. Public GIS and historical elevations are not a current site survey. Roads and land clearing may have changed since 2017.

Solar position uses SunCalc 2 at 30.312133° N, 98.039952° W, with America/Chicago local time and a 0.48458° correction from true to UTM grid north. Shadows are approximate terrain-only visualizations, not a solar production estimate. The sunlight map shows cosine incidence multiplied by rendered shadow visibility. It excludes atmospheric attenuation, clouds, trees, structures, and off-lot terrain.

The drainage guide is unconditioned downhill flow within this cropped grid. It does not model flood levels or runoff beyond the crop.
